Our celiac disease screening test will only screen for the biomarkers for celiac disease, the genetic autoimmune disease that requires a strict gluten-free diet upon diagnosis. We also offer a full IgE - measured food & respiratory allergy test, which will test for IgE allergies for multiple foods including wheat. Our IgE also tests for true IgE allergens to dog dander, cat dander, dust mites and roaches, as well as trees, weeds, and grasses.
