Do I need a prescription or physician’s order before purchasing an imaware test?

We provide a physician’s order for each of our tests through our dedicated telehealth physicians, therefore a prescription or physician’s order from your local physician is not a prerequisite to purchasing or completing an imaware test. 

Each physician order is included in the purchase price of each test.
