We have tested our sample stability to 110 degrees Fahrenheit with no degradation. We have designed multilayer packaging and our collection devices to help the sample remain stable. However, we would recommend you drop your package off to the brick and mortar UPS location instead of a drop off box if the temperature that day is over 90 degrees..
Our laboratory partners also inspect the sample to make sure it's fine before testing to ensure accurate results. If your sample has any degradation and cannot be tested, we will notify you and reship you a new test.
