Yes. We provide the materials for all samples to remain sealed within a biohazard bag - or self-contained inside the collection device itself - which is then protected within our corrugated cardboard box while in transit to the lab.
Occasionally, samples may become overexposed to heat or pressure during the shipping process. We work hard with our shipping partners to minimize these incidents, and in the event an incident does occur our support team reships another test to a patient to be taken immediately.
