When you place an order with us, we begin to package your collection kit immediately. When orders are placed before 12pm Central Time on a business day, we ship those kits out the same day. For orders placed after 12pm, we ship the next day. For orders placed over the weekend or holidays, we ship first thing the next business day.
We typically utilize USPS shipping to our customers. If you selected Standard Shipping, your kit will arrive to you within 5-7 business days. If you selected Expedited Shipping, your kit will arrive to you within 2-3 business days. Your order confirmation will include which shipping preference you selected.
