What is your return / refund policy?

We want to make sure you have a great experience while taking control of your health and we believe that you will be delighted with your purchase. In the unlikely event you would like to return a product please review these related terms for a refund:

  • If your order has not shipped, you can receive a full refund, less a $5 for each kit for order processing
  • If less than 30 days has passed from your order date and the return shipment to the lab has not been initiated, you are eligible for a full refund, less $20 for each test kit for shipping and processing,
  • If more than 30 days has passed from your order date or if the return shipment to the lab has been initiated, a refund is not possible.
  • In all cases of refunds and returns, we cannot accept home collection kits that have left our facilities. These kits must be disposed of, by recycling the boxes and appropriate disposal for the sharp lancets.
