Can I track my order?

We utilize USPS shipping to our customers and provide a tracking number in all shipping confirmation emails.

We utilize UPS 2 Day Priority Shipping for customers to send their samples to the laboratory and we provide a tracking number in your patient portal so that you can track your sample back to the lab.
