Why is my tracking information not updating?

If you purchased your test off of Amazon, rest assured, your kit is in transit and will arrive at the lab in time to be tested. We've recently experienced some issues with tracking information with orders from Amazon. You should receive your test results in your patient portal in the next 7 business days. If it's been 7 days and you do not have results yet, please reach out to us directly via the chat button on the bottom right corner of your screen or send us an email at support@imaware.health.
